Notes on Reservations
１．Please check the available time and make a reservation by yourself. No one except you and Symphony can see the details of your reservation other than the time and room number. The reservation is not executed until payment process is completed on the screen.
２．Reservations can be booked up to 6 months in advance. The minimum reservation time is 60 minutes. 30-minute reservations are possible when you have other reservations on the same day, when you are using the room on a trial basis, or when there is only 30 minutes slot available between other reservations.
３．Same-day reservation rates (special discount rates) will be applied for reservations made up to 22 hours prior to the starting time. This also applies on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Same-day reservations cannot be changed or cancelled.
４． An automatic message is sent to the customer when the reservation is made. The details of the reservation, how to enter the room, the key number, how to pay in cash, etc. are included in this confirmation e-mail. Please check them.
５．Please enter any extension of your reservation by making a new reservation. Time changes, cancellations or reductions cannot be done by the client, but must be requested to Symphony. Please note that cancellations, reductions (in time or amount) may be subject to cancellation fees. Please make your reservation only when it is finalized. 24-hour telephone service is not available. ６．Rooms 101 and 103 are available around the clock. The other rooms are available until 10:00pm or 11:00pm, but can be used later if you do not play an instrument or make loud noise. These hours cannot be reserved online, so please contact the Symphony.
７． If you wish to stay overnight, please contact Symphony instead of making a reservation directly online by yourself.
８．Please make reservations for a minimum of four consecutive hours for Room 201 and three consecutive hours for Rooms 103, 301, and 501 on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. This is a measure to give priority to concerts, etc. (This is not reflected in the system, but Symphony will be check it.) One week prior to your visit and later, we will accept reservations for more than the usual 60 minutes.
９．The rates are based on the premise that customers make their own reservations online. Please note that we do not make reservations on your behalf.
1０. An automatic message will be sent to you when you register, make a reservation, and one hour before the start time. Please check its content.
１１．Please note that there are some days other than Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays on which the same fee structure as for holidays applies. In such cases, a separate notice will be provided in advance.
１２. Some people make a number of reservations for competitions, entrance exams, etc., before the final schedule is announced, and then try to cancel unnecessary time slots later. This may interfere with the availability of other guests, so please do not do this. If we spot malicious behavior, we may refuse to accept future reservations from the person.
１３．If you wish to pay by credit card, click "Pay Now" on the payment screen. You will then be taken to the PayPal screen. If you do not have a PayPal account, click "Open an account" and enter the required information. If you wish to pay in cash, click "Pay Later”. Please pay at the designated location (we will guide you there) by the end of the day of your visit.
